Sojo Mobile is an on-line retailer specialising in iPhone, iPad and Blackberry accessories. Sojo aims to shake up the mobile market by injecting a little extra personality and personal service into customer care. By specialising in smaller phone ranges Sojo is increasing its range of products rapidly to offer outstanding support and service to its customers.

The Challenge

In one of the most competitive markets world-wide Azexis was challenged with building a new and successful brand that, whilst doesn't take itself too seriously, inspires trust, integrity and a little bit of oooooh and aaaaah. From the logo to the website, packaging to the tone of the business Sojo Mobile required extensive design consultancy to reflect the aims of the business and differentiate itself from competitors through a long-term phased approach to its on-line facilities.

The Solution

Simplicity was the key to the design of Sojo's website and its branding. To stand out from its competitors user interactivity on the site was a must. Utilising state-of-the-art web 2.0 technologies Azexis continues to manage and improve interactivity and usability research on the Sojo Mobile website. Azexis also developed a social media presence for Sojo Mobile on Twitter and Facebook to launch Sojo into the public eye, which has already begun to attract attention from both consumers and trade.

The Results

Sojo Mobile is a simply stunning website that in its first two months after launch successfully received order figures beyond expectations. The elegant product loading waves goodbye to clunky page loading making it a joy to use. Azexis is now challenged with extending the Sojo Mobile branding into packaging, marketing and print materials. Azexis manages all aspects of design for Sojo Mobile.
